Iam a supporter of the National Organization for Women which, since 1993, has supported a single-payer health care plan as the best way to meet women’s health needs, while covering everyone in the U.S. at affordable rates. States must be allowed to adopt single-payer plans to bring down spiraling health care costs and to meet the needs of all their residents. It says in the constitution that we hold these things self evident that all are created equal and have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. A war is being waged on the people of these United States where they can no longer afford healthcare and if they have insurance it is unlikely that their needs are being met. It is abhorrent to me to see these big pharmacuetical and insurance companies make billios upon billions of dollars off of the Ill when they are undertreated or not treated at all. How many more lives must be lost for the lack of antibiotics or a life saving surgery that would make that person whole again. We must stop pandering to these big business and stop them from running our country into ruination. Ignore the Lobbyists with their blood money that speak for these companies for they will surely speed our country to ruination Please Support The affordable Health choices act HR 3200. How many more sisters, fathers, mothers and brothers are going to die needlessly before action is to take place. Thank you for your time

Go to this link if you want to contact the representatives in your state to support HR3200 single payer insurance for all.

I watched Michael Moore’s movie Sicko about our so-called healthcare system in America. I was quite shocked with what he had to say about our system even though it has been a running issue with most everybody I know.
What happened to the Hippocratic Oath “Do No Harm? We have a system now where consultants to Big Insurance decide whether or not people get cared for. You have Cancer, too bad; it isn’t cost efficient for the Insurance companies and they wont make a profit. So instead of getting a treatment that would guarantee your existence you are denied that care and consequently die
Or you have a sick baby with 104-degree temp. Well that is just too bad for you. Your not at the right hospital for your insurance and you have to wait for hours to get to the right hospital that is in your insurance pay system but by then your child is in cardiac arrest and dies.
Then there are the heroes that risk their lives for our safety? The heroes that worked tirelessly when the 9/11 attacks occurred? Are they being helped with the diseases that they sustained due to the stuff that was flying in the air NO WAY! But if you take a look at Guantanimo bay, where the most successful example of free healthcare is on American soil, you will see the most heinous criminals that caused this tragedy getting regular doctors appt.s, expensive treatments for what ever that ails them and, a regulated diet to keep them healthy. These criminals have the best healthcare in our country. How is that in balance when good courageous Americans that have protected us die daily for lack of treatment?
France, Canada and the demonized country Cuba has better healthcare that we Americans do. They do not have the bounty that we have yet they take care of their people’s health. Instead of treating the symptoms as we do here with loads of pills, thank you very much big pharmaceutical companies, these countries treat the cause and promote healthier living as a preventative. Their people are happier and their infant mortality is lower than ours is. How can a third world country have better healthcare than we do?
Why are we paying so much for so little? Why are we working ourselves to death for no benefits and when we do have them we are denied care? I had to fight for my mother’s health for a life saving surgery when the government turned her down. I prevailed in the end but who says that one life is more important than another is? How can we as a people continue to let paper pushers decide the destiny of so many lives?
It is blantantly clear that we desperately need healthcare reform. It is time for us to have Free Universal Healthcare for ALL NOW for we are all created equal and we all deserve the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Big business and greedy government officials are treading on our inalienable rights and keep us from those pursuits.
Lets stop the horror of people being put out by the side of the road by hospitals, even thought they are desperately ill, because they lacked the insurance and the funds for continued treatment.
Contact your local, state and government officials to help end this healthcare emergency in our country.

Hello Sunny du Pree here

I have been a novel patient a big part of my life. I picked up a strange liver disease in college. Thank God it wasnt any of the Hepatiis diseases. Man my hair was falling out, the skin on my hands and feet peeled off and my eyes were blood read. I felt like the charecter In the House of Usher. Even soft materals hurt to touch but …Got over that. Hurt my encapsula a muscle around the knee, I feel into a hole and didnt even find that rabbit, Got over that. Walked off the end of a stage and bent my tailbone. Got over that. I had a boy attack me in art class that i was teaching and he herniated my discs at the base of my skull and neck. The doctors, lawyers and parents wanted me to get the surgery for both discs. I was facing severe problems if the surgeons scalple just slipped. I did have the best surgeon in Kansas for that but I opted out. I thought that Frank Stien was a bad omen. I wondered if his middle initial was N. haa haa. It was so hard to get thru the pain. I have never had children so I cannot compare it but I am sure I would rather have the children.
I prayed to the Lord to heal me. Thru reading the bible and listening for his small quiet voice (I did not have a Christophany..seeing Christ in person) But his words directed me and he promised me that he would heal me, BUT IT WOULD TAKE TIME. Oh how I prayed to be on the other side of that pain. I could hardly wait for that day but it was way beyond the vast horizon. I was taking therapy five times a week. They say only ten percent of the people with herniated discs ever heal. You know why? Cause people just do not have the time or take the time to let nature do its work. I discovered it takes four years for a herniated disc to heal. Now that was my situation and everyone has a different problem. ONLY DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU!
I discovered after being in therapy for so long that I was tired of wailing and crying. I looked up and saw others that were much worse off. I am at nature a cheerleader (not the skinny foo foo type) but a natural encourager. So I decided to turn it around and pass on my healing to the people that were working on me. Thanking God that I was getting better a little each day. I am an artist so I got the therapy people to let me draw with chalk on the walls to pretty up the place. I wanted something more permanent but couldn’t get permission.
Finally the great day came when I no longer had to go to therapy and I could work again.
The point I am making is.DON’T EVER GIVE UP!!!!
Sometimes all it takes is one day and on the next side of that is something new to make you feel better even if it is just something simple as a good word or making a new life for yourself. I worked on what I could do not what I couldn’t. Now that I am on the other side of that horizon I see how the injuries changed me, what I learned and how I drew closer to my Lord and Savior. How I became even more empathetic towards others with illnesses and for that I thank the Lord for the pain I was put thru. It has been said thru pain there is growth. Try and see beyond the pain and illness. Do what is good for YOU.
Because of these injuries I became a strong Advocate for myself and others.
Stand up for what you need. Follow your doctors orders but if you feel that things arent right TELL THEM. If they wont listen get another, get an advocate if you can.The Doctors are not God they are fallible. Take courage you are not alone!

Remember PHD could also mean Post Hole Digger.

Grace and Peace
Sunny.
