  • Kebbster wrote a new blog post: Sheppard’s Pie (Cottage Pie)

This gluten free pie is filling and delicious, it can be made dairy free simply, and by making double provides a frozen meal for another day.
Make it dairy free by using a milk alternative, such as soy milk and omitting the cheese. Breadcrumbs (can be gluten free breadcrumbs) can be used in place of the [...]

  • Kebbster wrote a new blog post: Feeling fluey

It’s a bizarre symptom of chronic fatigue, that feeling as if you are getting a cold. A boy crying wolf as many times as I get this symptom would have been well and truly disregarded by now.
The problem is, sometimes the cry is real and it really is the flu coming for it’s annual visit. The [...]

Oh thank you! me too. Unbelievably I have even started sleeping better, waking up easily, if it does last it truly is a gift.
I feel as if I have come out of a really really long sleep, one that lasted years, and am awake again for the first time in ages, it’s a bizarre feeling.
